HABIT STACK STEPS!

Break your movement into smaller pieces.

Try:

10 minutes after breakfast

10 minutes after lunch

10 minutes after dinner

Walking while taking a phone call

Parking farther from the office

Taking the stairs

Walking for part of your lunch break

Those small walks add up.

For a busy professional, this is often much more realistic than trying to schedule another full workout. Just don't Replace Strength Training With Steps

This matters. Walking and strength training do different jobs. Walking increases daily movement and supports your health and fat-loss efforts.

Strength training provides the resistance your body needs to build and maintain muscle.

If improving body composition is your goal, a simple weekly structure might look like:

Strength training: 3–4 days per week

Walking: Daily

Protein: 25–40 grams at each main meal

You don't need to choose one.

Use them together.
