Many people think they have two choices. Be perfect. Or completely give up. After 13 years of coaching, I've found the women who keep their results do neither. They enjoy their holiday. They simply keep a few habits in place.
You don't need a gym every day.
Every meal doesn't have to be perfect.
Start by asking: "Where's my protein?"
Then build the rest of your meal around it.
You don't need to avoid dessert.
Or skip the family dinner.
Enjoy the foods that make the trip special.
Just don't turn every meal into a celebration.
One indulgence is very different from five.
Travel often means:
Carry a water bottle and drink regularly throughout the day.
One holiday doesn't ruin your progress.
What matters is what you do when you get home. Don't wait until Monday. Don't detox. Don't punish yourself.
Instead
A holiday is a pause. Not the reset button.
The goal isn't to lose weight on vacation.
The goal is to come home feeling good and ready to continue.
Enjoy the experience.
Keep your core habits.
Then return to your normal routine.
That's how you build results that last.
