One of the simplest ways to make fat loss easier is also one most people overlook.

Eat more of the same meals. I know. It sounds boring. But the problem usually isn’t that you don’t know what healthy food looks like.

The problem is making food decisions all day.

  • What should I have for breakfast?
  • What should I grab for lunch?
  • What am I cooking tonight?

Then 6:30 PM comes. You’re tired. You’re hungry. Nothing is prepared. Now takeout looks like the easiest option.

Here’s a simpler approach.

Pick:

  • 2 breakfasts
  • 2 lunches
  • 2 dinners

Then rotate them for the week. Keep the protein similar. Keep the portions similar. Keep the calories predictable.

You still get variety without making 10 different food decisions every day.

For example:

  • Breakfast: Eggs + Greek yogurt
  • Lunch: Chicken + rice + vegetables
  • Dinner: Lean beef + potatoes + vegetables

Then have a second option for each meal when you want a change.

Try this for the next 7 days.

Two breakfasts. Two lunches. Two dinners.

Repeat.
