After 13 years of coaching, I've learned this...

Most women worry about meal timing before they've fixed meal quality.

Turns out...

The best time to eat isn't 7 a.m. or 7 p.m.

It's the time you can stay consistent.

Because your body responds much better to habits you repeat than to perfect timing you can't maintain.

Do this :

???? Step 1: Hit your protein target first

  • Before worrying about the clock...
  • Make sure you're eating enough protein.
  • Aim for 25–40g of protein at each meal across 3–4 meals each day.

????? Step 2: Space your meals

A simple routine works for most people:

  • ???? Breakfast
  • ???? Optional high-protein snack
  • ???? Lunch
  • ????? Dinner
  • ???? Optional high-protein snack

????? Step 3: Fuel around your workouts

If practical:

? Eat a meal with protein and carbohydrates 1–2 hours before training.

Then:

? Eat another balanced meal within 1–2 hours after training.

Don't stress if the timing isn't perfect.

Consistency matters more.

? Step 4: Build a routine you can repeat

Eating at roughly the same times each day often works better than:

? Skipping meals

? Grazing all day

? Eating randomly whenever you're hungry

The easier your routine is to repeat...

The easier your results become.

???? Here's the real question...

Most people ask:

"When should I eat?"

A better question is:

"Could I eat like this five days next week?"

If the answer is yes...

You're probably on the right track.

That's what sustainable results look like.
