Steal this Protein Plan to Make Fat Loss Easier
Most women trying to lose fat underfeed their muscles.
- They eat too little protein.
- They lose muscle.
- They wonder why fat loss gets harder.
Do this instead.
- Pay the muscle tax every day.
- Your body needs protein at every meal.
- When you skip it, it's harder to maintain lean muscle.
- Less muscle means a lower calorie burn over time.
Here is the plan.
Aim for about 0.7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of goal body weight each day.
Example. A woman with a goal weight of 140 pounds should aim for 100 to 140 grams of protein daily.
Break it up across your meals.
Meal one.
- Eggs or Greek yogurt.
- 25 to 30 grams.
Meal two.
- Chicken, fish, or lean beef.
- 30 to 40 grams.
Meal three.
- Protein shake or a high protein snack.
- 20 to 30 grams.
Meal four.
- Lean protein dinner.
- 30 to 40 grams.
The result.
- Less hunger.
- More stable energy.
- Better muscle retention.
- Easier fat loss.
A stronger, leaner physique.
