Steal this Protein Plan to Make Fat Loss Easier

Most women trying to lose fat underfeed their muscles.

  • They eat too little protein.
  • They lose muscle.
  • They wonder why fat loss gets harder.

Do this instead.

  • Pay the muscle tax every day.
  • Your body needs protein at every meal.
  • When you skip it, it's harder to maintain lean muscle.
  • Less muscle means a lower calorie burn over time.

Here is the plan.

Aim for about 0.7 to 1 gram of protein per pound of goal body weight each day.

Example. A woman with a goal weight of 140 pounds should aim for 100 to 140 grams of protein daily.

Break it up across your meals.

Meal one.

  • Eggs or Greek yogurt.
  • 25 to 30 grams.

Meal two.

  • Chicken, fish, or lean beef.
  • 30 to 40 grams.

Meal three.

  • Protein shake or a high protein snack.
  • 20 to 30 grams.

Meal four.

  • Lean protein dinner.
  • 30 to 40 grams.

The result.

  • Less hunger.
  • More stable energy.
  • Better muscle retention.
  • Easier fat loss.

A stronger, leaner physique.
