After 13 years of coaching, these are the five high-protein snacks I recommend to almost every client. Because the right snack doesn't just stop hunger...It helps you hit your protein goal for the day.
Protein: 15–20g
Add: Berries, Cinnamon and drizzle of honey (if desired)

Quick, filling, and easy to keep in the fridge.
Protein: 42g
Perfect for:
After training
Busy afternoons
Long workdays
Why it works:
When you don't have time to prepare food, this is one of the easiest ways to increase your protein intake.
Protein: 20–25g
Pair with:
Pineapple
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Crackers if needed
Why it works:
High in protein, satisfying, and easy to prepare.
Protein: 20–25g
Serve with: Light Mustard, Black pepper & Salt, green onion, and serve on if desired.

No cooking required, and it's easy to keep at work for busy days.
Protein: About 6g per egg
Eat:
Two to four eggs, depending on your protein needs.
Why it works:
Simple, portable, affordable, and packed with high-quality protein.
The hidden problem...Most snack foods are high in calories...But low in protein.That means they don't keep you full for very long.
The Performance Lab Rule Before you grab a snack, ask yourself one question:
"Does this help me reach my daily protein goal?"
If the answer is no..It's probably more of a treat than a snack. Imagine opening your work bag or your fridge...And always having a snack that supports your goals.
