Most women think fat loss has to feel hard. After 13 years of coaching, I've found that's usually not true.
1. Eat the same breakfasts and lunches
2. Build every meal around protein
Protien Examples include:
Once your protein is covered, add vegetables, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
Don't wait until you "feel motivated."
Treat your workouts like any other important appointment.
Aim for strength training 3–4 days each week.
When it's scheduled, you're much more likely to follow through.
You don't need hours of cardio.
Instead, build movement into your routine.
Try:
Aiming for 10,000 steps each day
Small habits repeated every day make a big difference over time.
Healthy habits become easier when your environment supports them.
Keep:
The easier the healthy choice is, the more likely you are to make it.
Don't make fat loss more complicated than it needs to be.
Simple habits, repeated consistently, will outperform extreme plans every time. Fat loss becomes easier when you remove unnecessary decisions. Plan your meals. Schedule your workouts. Keep healthy food available. Build habits you can repeat. The goal isn't to have the perfect week. The goal is to make healthy choices feel normal.
